Shay Cotnoir is an independent hair artist at Strandz Salon in Oviedo. She has been on her own since 2015 and brings more than ten years behind the chair to her work.
She entered hair to be more available for her twins. Today, her work includes color, cuts, styling, and keratin treatments, with Keratin Complex training.
If you’d like help deciding on a look, Shay enjoys working with face shape and skin tone as a starting point. If you already have an idea, bring it along and talk it through together.
